Professional, Contemporary Portrait Photography for Children and Families
I am passionate about photography and the images I capture. And I want my clients to have the best possible portraits, from the image itself to the way that it is printed and finished. I use the absolute best professional labs in the industry with the upmost archival and printing standards. These images are meant to last your lifetime, and for 100 years more. So this means I'm not just giving of my talent, time, and professional equipment, but also a finished product that you (and I) can be proud to hang on your walls.
With this in mind, I don't do "shoot and burn" portrait photography. I know how fun facebook images are, and any ordered image is made available to share on facebook. I also know of the current fancy with having your digital images. So I've worked out what I believe is a wonderful solution for my clients. I have set up a "Perks Program" where the more product you buy, the more "perks" you get-- including up to 50 5x7 digital "proof" images for you "just to have."
My products include traditional portraits, giclee canvases, storyboards, albums, DVD slideshows, announcements, holiday cards, sterling silver jewelry, and elegant ornaments. 5x7 portraits are $30 and 8x10s are $49. You are welcome to email me or call for en entire price list (those two are the most common asked for sizes).
I also know that we are in tougher economic times, and provide two ways for you to enjoy the treasure of professional portraits by KM Photography. And since photography is so much about the light, here are the options (a tribute to light):
1. "Glowing" (this is the full KM Photography portrait experience), $175 portrait experience fee, and includes:
- a consultation on the phone or in person, with styling helps, prop discussion, and a joining of vision for your portraits.
- up to two hours of professional photography at a location of your choice; and can include two locations if desired.
- an in-person "big screen" preview session to help with your ordering
- any custom product order that KM Photography offers, including custom card design for holiday cards
- a private 30-day online gallery to share with family and friends
2. "Twinkle" (a "mini" KM Photography portrait experience), prices vary, approximately $35 per 15 minutes and includes:
- a helpful hints email with tips for wardrobe
- approximately 15-20 minutes of photography time, depending on the "Twinkle"
- a set location
- offered on a set date with limited appointments available
- cards ordered must be from specified designs
- a one-week online gallery for orders

Event Photography Investment
Event photography is so much fun and an entirely different pricing set up. I photograph these from a photojournalistic standpoint, capturing genuine moments, decor details, and document the important groupings in attendance. Events include anniversary parties, birthday parties, first birthdays, engagement parties, bar mitzvahs, bat mitzvahs, baby showers--- I'm sure you get the idea.
Event photography is $110/hour with a $330 minimum and includes color and contrast corrected images on a DVD. The average amount of images is 75 images for every hour photographed. You will also receive directions to what I believe is the best online "public" lab, a beautiful gallery to share with friends and family, and a collection of favorite images on facebook to share. Any touched up images, albums, DVD slideshows, etc. will be available at standard KM Photography portrait pricing.
Wedding Photography
There is no greater day, and more important, than a wedding day. I do provide wedding photography a select amount of times per year. I have done both local and destination weddings. I am happy to work with the bride and groom to come up with a package that suits your needs and desires. My packages range from $1500-$4500. Please inquire for more details.
